The aim of the Gender Working Group is to ensure that the policy of the Gender Action Plan is followed by every partner and in every work package.
Lead by Anna Spiteri from IRM Co, the Gender Working Group is composed of a representative from each partner.
It is planned that a meeting takes place every six months to review and assess the results and progress achieved within the project with regards to gender actions. It is also envisaged that as the project proceeds the policies and guidelines set out in the Gender Action Plan will be revised reflecting the ongoing experience of the project.
